Do turf fields flood

Turf fields can experience flooding, especially if they are poorly drained or if there is heavy rainfall. While the infill material and drainage systems are designed to allow for water runoff, excessive precipitation can lead to temporary pooling. Additionally, if the surrounding areas do not have adequate drainage, water may accumulate on the field. However, well-designed turf fields typically drain quicker than natural grass fields.
