Can you come out in ludo if a barrier is on your space?

In Ludo, you cannot come out of the starting area if there is a barrier on the space you land on. A barrier is created when two or more of your opponent's pieces occupy a space, blocking your movement. You must find an alternate route or wait until the barrier is cleared to move your piece out of the starting area.
