What is another name for the Cosa Nostra?

Cosa Nostra in Italian, translated Word for Word means "our thing". However, in English it refers to (mostly) the members of a Sicilian-origin Mafia group. It may also sometimes refer to the activities undertaken by this group.

Note that Cosa Nostra is only used to label the Sicilian Mafia, the Calabrian (Southern-most region of mainland sicily) Mafia is called the Ndrangheta.
