No. It is a violation of federal law to sell, transfer, distribute, etc to anyone other than prescribed to. Adderall is a schedule II drug under the FCA. Slim chance you will get caught, but there is a huge penalty for doing so. Being in possession of a controlled substance (adderall in this case) is illegal. So to sell it its a higher punishment. According to the law its as much of a penalty to sell adderall as it is to sell morphine or vicodin.

No it is not, unless you happen to be the head of the pharmacy. That's a drug crime with serious consequences by the hand of the law if you happened to be reported. Plus, you just don't want to be selling it to people who might not have ADHD. That puts them at high risk of addiction and other negative long-term affects.

For the record...it is not a federal crime to distribute Adderall. It's a felony, yes, but you're not gonna go to federal prison for doing that. And while it may be looked at in a court of law the same way that Vikes and other killer pills are, they take painkillers a LOT more seriously.
