1) Mon Dieu! c'est vendredi enfin!

2) Dieu merci, c'est vendredi!

The two translations both miss something from the English and if translated back would be.

1) Translation: Oh my God! It's finally Friday.

2) Translation: Thanks to God, it's Friday.

There is no exact way to say TGIF in French.
