Does coke work for stomach flu?

Coca-Cola syrup was at one time (and may still be, for all I know) sold as an over-the-counter remedy for mild upset stomach. When I was a kid, the school nurse occasionally gave it to students.

That doesn't necessarily mean that Coke the beverage will have any beneficial effect.
