Have 2007 Kenworth T800 that shakes at 45-50 mph what could it be?

Poorly balanced tires (either due to lack of weights or due to clumps of mud on the rim) would be the first culprit, especially if it only happens in that speed range. Transmission, fuel injection, and turbo problems may also be the reason.
