What are the charges for meth use?

Federal mandatory minimums are set in grams, not ounces. You have 60 grams of meth.

For 10g meth you get five years. For 100g you get 10 years.

These are MINIMUM sentences--if the judge wants to give you 10 years for your 60g of meth, he can.
