Why would one want to use a private airplane?

Whilst using a private airplane is much more expensive than scheduled air travel, there are a number of reasons why one might want to fly privately. One can set their own schedule and fly at a convenient time. There are no baggage restrictions on private planes. Customs procedures are quicker when flying privately. Inflight entertainment and meals can be chosen by the passenger rather than the airline. There is more leg space on a private airplane.
