To tell you the truth, there is no consequences until you turn twenty or so. Twenty years old is when you're "officially" counted as an adult, in other means other than the maturity of your mind. And because of it, there are no issues. Even if you keep dating your girlfriend after you turn twenty, as long as you don't touch her, even though it might be okay with her, it would be illegal.
