Where is the best place for one to buy pet birds?

You can go to almost any pet store. But if you want to train your budgie i say go to anyone who hand raised them from birth. This will make it much easier to train because they are used to human hands. Budgies are usually more scared of your hand than anything else. Also, set the cage up with many toys and food and water before you buy the bird!
