the key features of universal declaration of human rights are as following :-
1. it is a resolution adopted by general assembly on 10 December, 1948.
2. it is a pronouncement of the inalienable and inviolable rights available to the all members of human family .
3. the outstanding feature of the universal declaration of human right is that it does not create a binding obligation on the part of the state nor it provide for its enforcement , yet it constitutes a " common standard of achievement of all peoples and all nations".
