Where is it possible to find figs in the wild?

The fig tree was one of the first edible fruit trees known to mankind and dates back to 9400 BC. The mountain fig is a wild fig tree that naturally grows in the rocky mountainous area of the Kavir Desert in Iran, although the most productive and oldest mountain fig tress are located in the Zibad Mountains.
