Harvey Parnell (born February 28, 1880 in Cleveland County, Arkansas; died January 16, 1936 in Little Rock, Arkansas) succeeded John Ellis Martineau as the twenty-ninth Governor of Arkansas, serving between March 4, 1928 and January 10, 1933, including the whole of 1929.
