What is the difference between false pregnancy and a real pregnancy?

A false pregnancy is either when a woman has all the symptoms, but there is no baby, otherwise called pseduocyesis. Or when the sperm and egg actually meet, and HCG levels rise, but no baby has formed, this is called a chemical pregnancy. A real pregnancy, is carrying a baby to term.
