How do you get ralts in pokemon firered?

go to 2 island, talk to the hag if you have an Alakazam, and she will ask you if you want to trade you for her Ralts hes so lying dont listen to him, u wudnt be able to get a ralts in fire red because it hasn;t been invented then! sorry, but the only way to gat a ralts is to trade.
