Who washed the feet of Jesus with her tears and hair?

The Bible refers to her in each of the four Gospels.In Matthew Chapter 26,Mark 14,Luke 7.36 and John 12. Its only in Luke she is described as weeping and it's in John that she is named as Mary and John 11 says she's the sister of Martha and Lazarus.
