What does subtile mean?

subtile is same as subtle, as in, very delicate, tenuous and thin.

however, when used as a noun like in subtilty, its meaning changes a bit from subtlety.

subtilty means cunning or sly while subtlety still has the same meaning as its adjective form subtle, i.e., delicate and very thin
