Who is William Standera's boss at GE Energy?

Last I knew, it was Bob Noel up in Renewal Parts... This was over 30 years ago though and Noel wasn't really his boss based on any GE org chart. Noel was just louder than everybody else, so he got to be the Boss. Everybody's boss.
