In general, prescription painkillers such as the ones given for severe Back pain are opiates. There are a large variety of these pills and they are sold under a large number of names. In general, a positive urine test for opiates would not be a problem on a typical (e.g. pre-employment) drug screen as long as you are able to provide proof that you're legitimately prescribed the medicine by your doctor.
