How can you repair your damaged bleached hair?

In January, my neighbor/hairdresser bleached my hair for me at her house. My hair was dark brown/black. She also toned it that night. Then, later in early March I got a root touch up+ toning. My hair is still damaged. It's layered, & underneath it feels like straw & brittle, but its very healthy & silky on top. You need to get a conditioning treatment done on it. If you go to your salon they will provide you with the best product for your hair. I'd really recommend you do that.
