What company manufactured the Sportsman Cleveland single barrel crack open shotgun?

That sounds very much like a subcontracted "house brand" to me, and it's kind of hard to know specifically which company had the contract, but it you were to guess either "Harrington and Richards" or "Savage", odds are about 90% you'd have guessed one or the other as right.
