Has a child ever died from being trapped in a fridge?

Despite the Refrigerator safety act of 1958, in US alone 163 kids dies from suffocation in fridges between 1956 and 1964 and 96 between 1973 and 1984.

More recently 2 dies in Guyana in 2003 and even a 6 old boy died in the US trapped in a old microwave.
