How do I get rid of very fine orange colored or red colored or rust colored loose particles on bottom of my jacuzzi bathtub after I drain it and I see it swirling as the last amounts of water drains?

A good way to clean out the pipes in a jacuzzi is to fill it up and put 4 dish washer tablets in and run it for a while. It sounds like your pipes are rusted so if that doesn't help you may need a plumber.
