Need a Part time experienced nanny carer for 10 month old baby plus after school pick-up and care for 3 12 year old 2 days per week. Any idea where to look?

You might find it easier to hire a full time nanny with another family. I used a website last year called Nanny Share, basically let's you create a profile and find other families with similar needs. Then you can put up jobs together on the site or other ones
