Why 2002 CRV radiator and AC fan not working?

If the fan is not coming on, it may be due to a faulty temperature sensor or perhaps a faulty fuse or electrical connection.

If the radiator is not working, it is perhaps due to a failing water pump or a dirty cooling system.
