How do you use pair of words in sentences?

I recently uploaded an amusing pair of Words from this website's "Hink-Pink" category.

I have never heard her use more than a pair of Words at a time.

The rhyming pair of Words that describes a laryngitical equine COULD be a "hoarse horse".
