Why does your motorcycle cut in an out when you accelerate?

Mine doesn't, but yours might. Most likely because it's a Harley Davidson and was fail when it was made. If that isn't the only reason then maybe check the fuel filter. It takes more fuel to accelerate than to maintain speed.
