What to write when someone died?

when someone dies especially a family member it hard so i would write.

Dear church member and friends,

In this box lies a innocent god given christian /none christian.

Him/Her was the most intelligent or what person, very funny or ............ he/she took care of me .......... never let a frown catch his/her face.............

very jolly ..................................................................................

most of all i hope she/he has a safe trip to heaven or where ever ..................
