Can anyone tell me please the correct sequence to tighten bolts on a rover 200 S reg 1.4 cylinder head and the torque settings?

if it is a K series engine as I imagine it will be the torque setting is, in 3 stages,first 15lbft/20Nm , second mark bolt heads and turn all half turn (180 degrees) third and then half turn again. Looking into the engine from the front of the car, left is the timing belt end, back row is nearest the windscreen then the tightening sequence is back row left to right 9,5,1,3,7 front row left to right 10,6,2,4,8
