Which amphibious vehicles were used during World War II?

The U1 thru 100(?) class which were originally built for Russia during the Russo-Japanese War in 1904. The first U1 was commissioned in the Imperial German Navy in 1906; she dressed out at about 238 tons and 139 feet long with a complement of roughly 12 crewmen.
