Cadets (This includes JROTC and other military themed programs)

- The military often is involved, meaning more fun activities
- Attractive and handsome awards, such as ribbons, medals and badges
- (IN THE UK) There are usually two meetings a week, while scouts usually have one
Scouts
Advantages
- You get to become a member of the world-wide family of scouts
- You also get to visit military bases, but also fire and police stations
- You get badges for camps
- You learn about scoutcraft more
