Yes, In fact I just went to TJ Maxx and I saw Element, Hurley, Volcom, DC, RVCA and a lot more "Pacsun brands" shirts and shorts. Plus, the usual designer clothes for cheap like Polo by Ralph Lauren are found at TJ Maxx.
