Is a black eagle a prey or predator?

An Eagle is a prey and a predator. An Eagle can be a prey because an animal bigger or just is hungry for meat may eat Eagles. An Eagle can be a predator because it needs to eat to survive so it eats smaller game (smaller animals). This is a cycle for all organisms.
Eagles are both predator and prey. they eat animals such as mice,worms,and other small animal. but they are also killed by animals like humans.
