My 2003 Mazda 6's air conditioner seems to blow cold air but not hard enough to cool the cab effectively What could be causing this airflow problem?

I'm not a technician but when i took my Mazda 6 to get the oil changed i overheard a tech telling another customer with the same problem that the cabin air filter was clogged and needed to be changed and that would fix the problem. take it to a Mazda dealer and tell them you need the cabin filter changed.
