Why cant women vote in 1800?

In the 1800s, women were largely denied the right to vote due to entrenched societal norms that viewed them as subordinate to men. Legal frameworks and cultural beliefs reinforced the idea that women were primarily responsible for domestic duties and lacked the necessary experience or rationality to participate in political decision-making.
