As far as what qualities within the other person, look for kindness towards others, doesn't swear regularly, doesn't drink or go to parties often (unless the parties are small get togethers with sodas instead of alcohol), doesn't do drugs or smoke, and most importantly, will like you for who you are and not what you look like.
