Why do guys cut their eyebrows?

Many women wish to give their eyebrows definition and have them complement their eyes.

It hurts less then plucking them.

Wild and bushy eyebrows are not very becoming.

Full bushy eyebrows evoke images of cave men, and may be considered masculine.

Women are silly, and somehow believe that shaved eyebrows look better. While some trimming may be appropriate, many women overdo it.

If you mean shaving them completely or sections of their length, that's when they want an entirely new shape out of their natural bounds to be redrawn. Keep an eye on some dark and gothic girls, for example, sometimes only the inner half of their eyebrows is "real" and the tip is drawn on, often to have it going steeply upward. But that can even happen if the desired eyebrow shape is partially or completely outside their natural bounds.

If you mean to ask why some women shape their eyebows with razors, well some women don't like to define their eyebrows by plucking/tweezing, and feel they have much more control on their shape using those mini eyebrow razor (also called shaping razor, eybrow planning kit, tinkle or finishing touch) which, what's more are even painless. The only hassle is that they have to retouch them much more often than with tweezers, as the hair is still there, just so skin level short it can't be seen, like on the legs, and not taken off from the root. But this also means they don't need to make the hair reach a given length to have perfect eyebrows again, while tweezers can't grab a hair when it is too short.

It also mean that you can change you eyebrow shape much more often. So this flaw is considered a good tradeoff with the advantages shaping razors offer.
