How can a 12-year-old get a job?

Hi, im a twelve year old kid that cant wait to be 13. Right now to get money i pet sit my next door neighbors dogs and my neighbors across the street. My friend and I have recently started a lawn business :) Hi, i am 12 just about 13. I have some small job ideas because i am saving my money for horses. Try to find something u like for instance, if u like grass start a lawn service if you like little kids start a baby sitting service and so on so forth Hi, I am the Mom of a son who is almost twelve and I have suggested to him to consider the following: Pet walking, Pet sitting while neighbors are on vacation, or gone for the weekend.(They pay you to feed, walk, and play with their dog.) yard work, mothers helper. I've paid older children like yourself to play with my younger children and supervise them etc. while I'm working in the home. Blowing, weeding, stacking, sweeping, watering, raking, mowing,picking, any or all of these people will pay you for. Dog walking is huge for working couples. My suggestion is to produce a flyer with these ideas on it, add some of your own if you want, ask a high schooler to guide you with it, and then post it at the local churches, be sure to tell everyone you know what you are seeking to do, and ask them to refer you to other people they know. If they get you a job, give them a small "Referral fee" for their effort! Kid's will love this easy money! It's never to early to start learning how to market yourself and your skills. Dog walking, animal sitting (birds, cats), feeding animals while owners are away (fish). Offering animal care - bathing the dog, brushing, picking up the yard waste, sometimes people will even hire you to play with their animals if they're too busy, it gives the dog the exercise and attention they need. Good Luck! You could also bath animals or go to a pet store and you can always find that they always need help. A paper route is a great job for a 12 yr old. My children had them and made some really good money doing it.

Make job fliers describing what job you can do (yard work, babysitting, etc., etc.) and distribute them out to neighbors. Don't forget to put your phone number on the flier.

all I want to know is where all the kid's in Florida that need money! Heck all I would like is someone to come cut my grass once a week but I rather give my money to a kid who needs it rather than a lawn service who will rip me.
