What does unverkaufliche mean?

Since you posted this on the Audio Editing board, I assume you are looking at a program installation disk.

Unverkaufliche is German for sample or demonstrator model, literally 'unsellable'. This tag is put on software for unsupported, unregisterable software given to retailers for 'not for resale' demo copies.

Hopefully you didn't pay for the box that has this on it.
