What are the rules for pyramid patience?

Pyramid patience, or pyramid solitaire, is played with a standard deck of cards arranged in a pyramid shape. The objective is to remove pairs of cards that add up to 13, with Kings valued at 13, Queens at 12, Jacks at 11, and numbered cards at their face value. Only cards that are not covered by other cards can be removed, and players can draw cards from a stockpile to help make pairs. The game is won when all cards are removed from the pyramid.
