How many times did hulk hogan lose?

Hulk Hogan won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship on one occasion albeit unofficially. In May of 1979 (possibly May 25) Hogan (Wrestling under the name Terry "The Hulk" Boulder) pinned NWA World champion Harley Race to win the title. However moments later the decision was voided when Terry was discovered to have thrown Race over the top rope during the match. (This exact scenario was used twice in the AWA in 1982 and 1983.) Commentators made mention of this match (even stating that he DID in fact win the title for a short time) during the broadcast of a match between Terry "The Hulk" Boulder and the Outlaw.

In this, the Information age a growing number of fans are recognizing the above three title reigns (1 NWA World and 2 AWA World) of Hulk Hogan as "official".
