How do you learn from other people and use this to improve the way you work and interact with others?

I'm trying to answer the same question.

If you are working with someone with different beliefs to you, don't use it against them use it to learn from them.

Learn about different cultures, beliefs, values, customs and abilities. if someone can do something better than you, use it to your advantage, work with them and learn how to do it as good as them.
