What is a country but not always a continent?

Australia is both a country and continent. However, sometimes you will not see a straight up answer of 'Australia' under continent listings. You are likely to see Oceania. Oceania is just a region that includes Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and several Pacific island nations.
