they are all glycosidic bonds. in cellulose they are bonded so the sugars flip after every bond like a zig zag. in amylose it forms a right handed helix. in amylopectin it forms a right handed helix with a lot of branches (make it less soluble than amylose)
Also Cellulose bonds are not hydrolyzed by human enzymes.
