What happens when you use heroin?

An overdose kills you but if you took only 1 tablet you would get very ill and whenever you recovered you would be arrested. You see, heroin is mostly used as a pain-killer if you are already ill.

* I don't know what that first answer is all about. First of all, Heroin is a powder, not a pill, and although there is a slight possibility of overdosing or getting ill on the first try, more likely you would feel the calming, warming high that addicts chase after. "What happens to you" is that you will likely enjoy how it feels, give it another try, and then it will become a reward or a slight obsession and you will crave it like a smoker craves cigarettes. Then you will start draining your finances, not paying your bills, and start noticing that you need more heroin to get the same high. You will switch from snorting to injections, mark up your arms, probably get in trouble at work or in your relationships, and then look at yourself one day in the mirror and say "Why did I ever try heroin? I am such an idiot". Then and only then are you "lucky" enough to start going through heroin withdrawl. YAY. Great way to spend your spare time, right?

You will either die, lose fertility, loose important senses or organ function and loose control of your fingers and toes temporaraly
