How do you say stands with a fist in Lakota?

A reasonable start might be:

"He tuwe he? "Who is that?"

"Naji kici WA nape" "Stand with a hand"

[sorry, I do not know the Word for fist, and the Word order might not be right. Other shortcomings would be related to the speaker being female and I am not good at the dative feminine suffixes.]
