What does it take to become a wedding cake designer?

Cake decorating is like creating edible art. If you have the thirst for creativity and can lay it out with icing or even draw it out, its a pretty sweet job as you progress. Its a neat interesting job.

There are some down falls (as with most jobs) such as having time limits, pay varies, but the better you get at designing the better the pay will be.

Things can get a little stressful trying to meet the satisfaction of your customers, but don't worry with time youll master it and help design gorgeous designs. Lots of work!
