I believe it is the Clifton Suspension bridge in Bristol, which was built by I K Brunel (who built the first suspension bridge) completed in 1864 using chains from Hungerford bridge which he had also built.

Actually the Menai suspension bridge, which crosses the Menai Straits between mainland North Wales and the Isle of Anglesey, was built by Thomas Telford and completed in 1826. So that would make it a lot earlier than the Clifton bridge.
