Is Southwest Airlines shutting down since I heard they are having serious money problems and can't buy fuel?

A month ago I tried to purchase two tickets from Southwest Airlines. They switched

me over to Spirit Airlines. This happened over and over until I gave up and got

the Spirit Airlines tickets. Don't know anything about that airline out of ATL to DFW. gP
